Return Policy

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the following policy.

Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or produced. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once they have been shipped.

We also offer order adjustment services if your order has not yet been shipped. If you wish to make any changes to your order, please email us at Info@lrpclub.com before the item has been dispatched.

Returns & Resend Policy

Our return policy lasts 15 days from the date of delivery. If more than 15 days have passed since you received your item, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or resend.

Return:

We accept returns for products shipped by us if the item is faulty due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item or damaged item). To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be returned in their original condition along with proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@lrpclub.com with proof of purchase.

Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to a quality-related issue, the return shipping cost is refundable.

Resend:

If the item is faulty due to our error (e.g., wrong item), we will resend the correct product at no additional cost.

In cases where the item is damaged during shipping, we are happy to send a replacement. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of receipt and approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

If the return process is too troublesome due to transportation issues, and the goods are damaged upon arrival, we can offer partial refunds to cover part of the loss.
